Drill/Dig Hole Only
Drilling the hole only to 48" deep with a Diameter of 9" or 12".
Removal of dirt is not included but is available.
$400 (first 2), $50 each additional hole.

Fence Post Drill + Pour + Set
Customer supplies all Posts. Drilling the hole to 48".
Removal of dirt is not included but is available.
Removal of existing fence is an additional charge.
$400 (first 2) $75 each additional for 4x4 Posts
$400 (first 2) $90 each additional for 6x6 Posts
$100 each Hand Dug Hole (if required, subject to backyard access)

Deck Footings

Homeowner or contractor must be present to set post brackets in cement before the cement sets.

10” Footing $500 + $100 each
12” $500 + $120 each
Please note: If this is permit work, a charge for the Return to Pour after inspection will apply.
The above Deck Footing prices are for machine-augured holes only and may change if additional work is required. Hand-dug holes will be an additional charge dependant on job site factors and price will be provided on site.
